Independent Training are now recruiting apprentices between the ages of 16-24. We work in partnership with many local employers who will offer paid placements whilst the learner works towards the Health & Social Care Apprenticeship. The learner will be fully supported throughout the programme by the assessment team at Independent Training as well as receiving  the mandatory training required to work in care. At the end of the apprenticeship an attractive incentive is given as well as the opportunity of a full time career in care.

For Employers looking to recruit an apprenticeship, Currently Independent Training have  a waiting list of learners looking for placements in the Gloucestershire area. These Learners are interviewed by and vetted by us before forwarding to the Employer, As part of the apprenticeship package we offer the full manadatory training package free of charge to the Employer as part of the package, this includes:

First Aid, Food Safety, Health & Safety, Safeguarding Adults & Moving & handling. For further information click here
