Independent Training are now recruiting apprentices between the ages of 16-18. We work in partnership with many local employers who will offer paid placements whilst the learner works towards the Health & Social Care Apprenticeship. The learner will be fully supported throughout the programme by the assessment team at Independent Training as well as receiving  the mandatory training required to work in care. At the end of the apprenticeship an attractive incentive is given as well as the opportunity of a full time career in care.
