The Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s services is the replacement qualification for the NVQ level 4 in Leadership and Management Award. The Qualification is aimed at individuals who lead social care provision in an Adult or a children and young people’s setting either as Managers, or senior practitioners. This qualification is the accepted qualification for registration and regulatory requirements for the Sector.
