This course is set to be completed within three hours. Presentation and work shop to underpin candidates knowledge and help understand own personal and professional abilities in dealing with this subject.  This course is delivered using a power point presentation and involves group discussions. Handouts are available. No special clothing is required.

 Candidates should not attend the course if they have been involved in the loss of a close individual within three months prior to the course, or if the course contents would be too up-setting to discuss within a group setting
