This courses aim to enable delegates to meet the requirements of the Food Safety Act 1990 and the Food Hygiene (England) Regulations 2006. The course is designed for all food handlers including supervisors and managerial staff. The course covers the following subjects:-

Qualification information
Designed for anyone working in a catering, manufacturing, hospitality or retail settings where food is prepared, cooked and handled. Candidates will be required to achieve a pass mark of 20 out of 30 in order to gain a CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering.
